Do Bloom-Buddies prepare meals, give baths and serve snacks?
Yes, your Bloom-Buddie will bathe and feed your child according to your instructions. We work with trained professionals who can provide comprehensive care for your baby. Bathing and feeding instructions can be discussed during the interview with your Bloom-Buddie.
Do you also operate in the Paris region as well as Île-de-France and Lyon?
Yes, we serve the greater Paris region as well as Île-de-France. We work with geolocation technology that matches our Bloom-Buddies to families in their neighborhood, city or region. Due to high demand, we are currently expanding our services to the city of Lyon and beyond.
Can I cancel an hour of babysitting with my Bloom-Buddie if I don't need it?
According to your contract, you are obliged to consume the number of hours indicated and signed in the month, but you can cancel a session if you return from work earlier for example, and reassign the session to another date in the same month.
Can I replace my babysitter after signing my contract and what should I do if she is absent for a day?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with the capabilities of your current Bloom-Buddie, we will provide you with another replacement Bloom-Buddie as soon as possible. All missing absences will be fully reimbursed as well as administrative follow-up from us with your Bloom-Buddie.
Are many families happy with Bloom Buddies Babysitting?
Our agency has received excellent reviews from families and early childhood professionals. We work with many French families who are very satisfied with the childcare services we offer. How many days does it take for my babysitter to start?
We provide multiple services depending on your needs. We can arrange a home appointment with one of our Bloom-Buddies tonight or within a day or two depending on your schedule. Do not hesitate to speak to our customer service to schedule an appointment with your Bloom-Buddie.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, CESU (Universal Service Employment Vouchers), and credit card payments. You also benefit from 50% tax advantages through the tax credit for home employment services.
What are the qualifications of your babysitters?
All our Bloom-Buddies have a minimum of 1 year of childcare experience. They are bilingual or trilingual (French, English, and sometimes a third language). We conduct full background checks and our management team has over 12 years of combined experience in the early childhood sector.
